Performance Realty Wins Best Workplaces in Canada for the 10th Consecutive Year
On April 26th, the team at Royal LePage Performance Realty were delighted to rank #7 on the 2017 Best Workplaces in Canada in the Category of Medium (50-999 employees in Canada). Our overjoyed team headed to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for the Ceremony & Gala Dinner where we were guests alongside some of our Country’s most inspirational companies.
Every organization awarded at the event represents companies that are excelling at innovation, collaboration, productivity and financial success. What truly made our team at Performance Realty proud to be a part of this list was that it honours a corporate culture where employees trust one another and their leadership team, where employees genuinely enjoy their experience at work, and where everyone is proud to be a part of the team.
The event was hosted by GPTW (www.greatplacetowork.ca), which is renowned as the international authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. GPTW undergoes an extensive process in order to determine the best places to work in Canada. Their process includes proprietary assessment tools, advisory services, and certification programs. The recognition provided to winners is incredible, and the Best Workplaces are celebrated and announced in a series of national lists including those published by Fortune magazine (USA) and, The Globe & Mail (Canada).

The list of the 2017 Best Workplaces in Canada was published in the Globe and Mail on April 27th, where Royal LePage Performance Realty was also honoured with the distinction of having ranked in Best Workplaces for 10 years consecutively!
