One of our favourite ways to kick start a new year is to host our January Breakfast Meeting. It’s a morning for our agents, administrative staff and managers to gather together to catch up, share plans for the upcoming year, and get motivated for a fresh, new chapter.
This year we headed to the St. Elias Centre to welcome both familiar and new faces. We had the pleasure of introducing a number of new agents to our firm who have joined us at four of our office locations.
We like to mix things up each Breakfast Meeting and this time was no different. It was with great excitement that we had Ottawa’s beloved Grey Cup winning Redblacks Quarterback, Henry Burris on stage. The audience was captured by Henry’s inspiring story of his journey in football, broadcasting and beyond. He shared valuable lessons like “little expressions of thanks go a long way”, and left our agents smiling and ready to conquer their own goals.
Our friend Alain Miguelez, from the City of Ottawa, also joined us to share Ottawa’s Official New Plan with our agents. The list of innovative projects that are taking place in our city is long, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this plan come to life!
With a lot of laughs, inspiration and valuable insights, this month’s Breakfast Meeting was one of our favourite ones yet!
