For many real estate professionals including those at Royal LePage Performance Realty, the current situation has motivated us to find new and creative ways to stay busy.
Back in January our team began to focus our efforts on an exciting new tech ecosystem that has been created exclusively for Royal LePage Sales Representatives across Canada. This platform is the largest tech investment Royal LePage Canada has ever made. When the announcement about the launch was first made, we knew then, that we needed to begin preparing for it right away.
Fast forward to today, after months of researching, testing and training, we are thrilled to participate in the Ontario soft launch of rlpSPHERE.
rlpSPHERE is a Canadianized system designed to fuel a real estate professional’s business. With customized website features, lead generation, and marketing management tools, this one stop shop will enhance agents’ day-to-day responsibilities. This platform will allow agents to work smarter, not harder.
With the guidance from our very own, in-house rlpSPHERE guru, Jennifer Iezzi, we have made nearly 100 hours of training available to our team of Sales Representatives and Managers. Jennifer spent the first few months of the year learning the ins and outs of the platform and developing a list of comprehensive courses for Performance Realty members to participate in. Jennifer shares that “training is crucial to your success with rlpSPHERE, so the goal of our introductory courses was to familiarize our agents with the features and functionality of the platform, and give them insight into the initial steps required to customizing the system for personal use”.
We are proud of our Sales Representatives who have taken advantage of the unusual times to devote their efforts to studying the system and preparing for its launch. “Feedback on the training we are providing has been very positive and we look forward to supporting our agents during this exciting opportunity”, says Jennifer. Now that its arrival is officially here, we couldn’t be more motivated to dive in and allow the system to work its magic!
