The results are in! Royal LePage Performance Realty is tremendously proud to be ranked 7th in Canada for medium sized companies as a Great Place to Work®!
The results of the Best Workplaces in Canada survey were announced last night in Toronto and will be reported today in the Globe and Mail. We are so proud to be ranked not only as a Great Place to Work, but also as the Number #1 Best Workplace for Women for the second year in a row, out-seating industry titans such as Google and Microsoft, among others. Furthermore, we were also recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada in the Credibility index, with criteria based on two-way communication, competence, and integrity.
This is our seventh consecutive year as a top-ranking firm in Canada, and this year we have rated higher than ever before. This is simply outstanding, and we are the only real estate firm in Canada to rank in this survey. This is a great testimony to all our staff, sales representatives, and managers, as well as the culture and values that we choose to live by, and our willingness to work in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
