SoHo Champagne by Mastercraft Starwood is a hotel-inspired luxury condominium being built in one of Ottawa’s fastest growing neighbourhoods. SoHo designer kitchens are a feature of every unit and include quartz countertops, glass tile backsplashes, and fine cabinetry with concealed appliances. Most units will also feature ceiling heights of at least 9 feet.
The building amenities are also designed with hotel-style luxury in mind. All amenities are maintained and managed by qualified, professional staff members. The third floor features a landscaped resort podium overlooking Dow’s Lake, including a lap pool, hot tub, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Residents will also be able to entertain guests in the SoHo Champagne Club gathering area. The building includes a fully equipped and staffed gym with personal trainers available, as well as a state of the art theatre room for on-site entertainment.
