Most units will also feature ceiling heights of at least 9 feet.
The building amenities are also designed with hotel-style luxury in mind. All amenities are maintained and managed by qualified, professional staff members. The third floor features a landscaped resort podium overlooking Dow’s Lake, including a lap pool, hot tub, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Residents will also be able to entertain guests in the SoHo Champagne Club gathering area.
